As we enter the busy summer season, we are pleased to announce some changes to our relaxing resort in La Gomera. Our renovations team have been hard at work over the last few months to help make the hotel an even better place for visitors to enjoy the sun and nature that any Canary Islands holiday can offer.
So what new improvements can you look forward to on your next stay?
Reception and Gara Restaurant

The whole entrance area has received a revamp, allowing more light to flow in through big glass doors and creating more space for guests arriving at the hotel. The lobby, lobby bar and Gara Restaurant have all been given a lighter colour scheme, lifting everything but still giving you a warm welcome. The reception counter itself has also been divided into a number of separate counters to help give you a better experience at check-in.
Main Restaurant
The changes at the main buffet restaurant will help to create an intimate dining venue where you can relax and enjoy some of the local cuisine. The style and layout of the restaurant will be similar to that which is found in the Gara Restaurant upstairs and guests will still be able to enjoy the garden seating and wonderful sea views.
Open-Air Spa

Perhaps the biggest changes at the hotel have taken where our open-air theatre used to be. This area has now been entirely transformed into a luxury open-air spa with a variety of different features. We're excited to be able to offer a reception counter and chill out space which then leads down to a relaxing poolside oasis. Tiered decking is lined with sun loungers and cabanas before you reach the hydro-massage swimming pool and Jacuzzis. All of this is surrounded by large panes of glass that provide fantastic views out to sea.
There will also be some other facilities added to where the base of the auditorium used to be, offering interior spaces too. This includes saunas, Turkish baths and massage cabins – creating a wide range of treatments across this elegant new spa complex.
