Dining is all-inclusive in all restaurants on board Regent Seven Seas Vessels. Dining is in open-seating style in most restaurants, so you can dine whenever, wherever and with whoever you choose.
All dishes are carefully hand-crafted with the freshest local produce.
There are a host of restaurants on board each ship; Compass Rose is the ships flagship restaurant where breakfast lunch and dinner are served with fabulous continental options for you to choose from. A range of appetisers, soups, salads, pastas, main courses and desserts are all lovingly prepared by the ships highly trained chefs for your delectation.
Prime 7 is a classic steakhouse, with typical steakhouse fare including fish starters, tender juicy 28 day aged steaks from Filet Mignon to Porterhouse Steak. Lamb, chicken and lobster main courses are also available. Classic American desserts such as Chicago cheesecake and Key Lime pie follow every meal.
Signatures serves traditional French cuisine such as Foie Gras to start, Rack of veal or Magret Duck Fillet for main course and Crème Brûlée for dessert.
La Verande is your casual breakfast and lunch option, with regional delights available in a buffet style so you can enjoy as much or as little as you desire. The La Veranda Pizzeria also serves pizzas for you to enjoy al fresco. In the evening La Veranda is transformed into Sette Mari at La Veranda for a more casual evening dining option, serving Italian cuisine and anti-pasti alongside delicious complimentary Italian wines.
The Pool Grill serves made to order burgers, seafood and light bites whilst you enjoy the sundeck and pool areas. They also serve a range of milkshakes and ice cream sundaes for that refreshing cool down. The coffee connection serves delicious speciality coffees by trained baristas as well as a rang of pastries, bagels and other quick snacks.
Complimentary room service is available 24 hours a day for those wishing to dine in privacy or for those midnight snacks.
