I know how people are always ready to criticise, but often forget to give praise where it’s due, and so I just wanted to say thank you to your staff for making my booking with Fred. holidays so easy.
From the moment I contacted Fred. Holidays, your staff have been excellent.
Sally’s initial response to my query was very helpful, and when I phoned up to talk to her, although she wasn’t there, she’d left my details so one of her colleagues could easily deal with my enquiry.
Since then her colleague Kathy has been dealing with my booking and has been polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I have the cruise I wanted with much, much better customer service.
Next time I want to book a cruise, I will definitely come to you.
We have had a lovely holiday all the travel arrangements all went well, the hotel was superb and the golf course was fantastic, well worth the journey. All the staff were very helpful especially the Spanish starter at the golf who went out of his way to welcome us and provide some helpful course knowledge. We would certainly go again, thank you for all your help.

I had a single lady looking for a Christmas market cruise, but not the Rhine. She had specific dates. I suggested the Danube and Jackie found exactly what I was looking for, the correct dates and at a very competitive price for a single person.
She was so helpful and professional. I sell a smattering of river cruises, but as I have experienced a couple of river cruises I am a convert.

This was our first ever river cruise and Fred. Holidays made everything easy from the beginning. Their suggested itinerary was fantastic and we are now looking forward to booking again next year.
As a keen cyclist, I was looking for a trip which would allow me to borrow a bike and explore. The person I spoke to recommended some great cruise lines and helped me find an itinerary within my budget.

I hadn’t heard of Fred. Holidays before but found them through Google. I’m glad I did, as they made sure we didn’t need to worry about anything. We had a great trip on the Rhine and are looking forward to seeing more of the world’s rivers.

This is one of the best holidays I have ever had – everything went very smoothly travel & hotel wise.

Jan, thank you so much for your kind thought re welcome bottle of wine in the room, it was really refreshing after our long journey. - Which all went very smoothly by the way. The hotel is good, the food is delicious, the bed and pillows are perfect, and there is air conditioning, i would recommend for the future. We are off to explore Berlin before going to Leipzig next, all go!

Just a quick note to say that we had a fantastic time in Germany thank you. We walked lots, cycled by the Kiel canal and saw lots of interesting places. The chocolate shops in Brussels were amazing and just about all the bakeries in Germany had delicious food! As you might have imagined, I took quite a few pictures.
