Facilities

There is plenty to see and do on board a Princess ship. Partake in the ScholarShip@Sea Program and you can get involved in all sorts of new learning experiences; from Zumba fitness, cooking lessons, painting master classes, ceramics, lectures to joining the ships choir there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Other facilities for you to enjoy are the swimming pools, library and various sports including table tennis, golf, basketball, volleyball and the jogging track. If you are after something a bit more relaxing soak up the atmosphere in the Sanctuary or Lotus Spa.

In the evenings, the ships come alive with entertainment; enjoy a movie under the stars, watch a stunning show featuring one of the largest casts at sea, catch some comedy or sing your heart out in karaoke. There are always plenty of theme parties to get involved in or you can enjoy a peaceful cocktail in one of the bars and lounges available to you.

The casino has table games and slot machines and bingo for your enjoyment or you can browse one of the designer boutiques or art auctions if you are looking to make some new purchases.

Kids & Teen

All Princess Cruises' ships have dedicated youth programmes with the exception of Pacific and Ocean Princess.

The Youth Centres cater for children aged 3 – 12 years old

  • ‘Princess Pelicans’ for 3 – 7 year olds
  • ‘Shockwaves’ for 8 – 12 year olds.

Both clubs are run by fully trained youth counsellors who will ensure your kids have a great time whilst on board. The ‘Princess Pelicans’ can enjoy dance parties, films, Ice Cream and pizza parties, arts and craft activities, themed parties and fun fairs. Meanwhile the older kids in ‘Shockwaves’ will be able to take part in dinners, films, computer console games, scavenger hunts, talent shows, sports tournaments, workshops and theme nights.

Older kids are catered for too in the Teen Lounges for 13 – 17 year olds, where teens can enjoy console games, discos, movies, sports activities, formal dining, Djing, makeovers and Hip hop dance classes.

All aged children can enjoy children only dinners with other people of their own age. This gives them a chance to make friends while you can enjoy a bit of peace and quiet.
