Royal Caribbean Ship Visit - Anthem of the Seas

6
March 2015

A New Era of Cruising is upon us

With change comes concern and doubt, however I can honestly say Anthem of the Seas is a ‘game changer’ that will please all holiday guests. And when I say all holiday guests I mean, couple, luxury cruisers, families, destination enthusiasts, cultural junkies and dare I say, cruise ship snobs.

I have been fortunate enough to visit and sail on numerous cruise vessels and Anthem of the Seas is far from a cruise ship, it is a cruise resort. However, with the word resort comes the idea of a large complex, and although Anthem of the Seas has a very distinctive size and external design, the interior is to be admired. Boutique bars and dining venues that you would expect from a ultra-luxury cruise line, speciality restaurants serving food that some of the world’s large cities wish they could provide. An accompaniment of theatre shows, acts and entertainment that friends and families pay small fortunes to experience. All matched with a layout that enables guests to experience a large resort offering but with a small ship feel. Yes I said small ship feel, and I honestly mean that. Staff speak to you as an individual, attentiveness is second nature.

May you consider,

Day 1: That first step into your loft suite, relaxing in your in-suite lounge whilst making your dinner reservation for Chops Grill, Luxurious beef dinner followed by post-dinner drinks in Vintage, one wold consider this a luxury experience and they wouldn’t be disappointed.

Day 2: A relaxing morning spent in the solarium, a tempting treat in the spa followed by dinner in Devinly Decadence and an awe-inspiring experience (not show), Spectras Cabaret, in the unique 270o.

Day 3: Enjoy a later rise and a light bite in Jamie’s restaurant before a 90 minute theatre show with jaw dropping performances.

Day 4: A well-deserved mid-morning sleep by the pool either indoor or out with the well-designed pool house, a light snack at Johnny Rockets before a tantalising treat at Wonderland, a dining venue unlike anything you have experienced before.

Day 5: Considered for kids, an adults treat with table tennis and Fußball in the SeaPlex, a late lunch in Michaels pub, and a relaxing night in with a movie.

This only touches the surface of the delights that await.

With exotic and cultural destinations planned to perfection, match with almost enough time to experience everything that you wish to see, and this is the important part. Anthem of the Seas is designed for you, not stating that you must visit, or have to visit specific areas, it is design for you to enjoy your holiday as you feel suitable.

The words Royal Caribbean should only be whispered, Anthem of the Seas is a name that stands out in its own right.

This truly is a new era of cruising.
