Ghent Christmas Market

The Ghent Christmas Market welcomes the festive season with an exciting celebration of colour and variety. Visitors wander among over 40 wooden huts in search of decorations, food and gifts, all the while serenaded by a choir singing carols.

The Ghent Christmas Market events are popular with the whole family. The ice rink located in the centre of the celebrations is a familiar attraction each year entertaining tourists and locals alike, and is only topped by the giant ferris wheel situated in front of St. Bavo's Cathedral, where you can enjoy amazing views of the city.
