Your bags will be collected from an address of your choice a few days before your holiday and they will be waiting for you safe and sound in your mainstay hotel or cruise cabin when you arrive, all ready for you to unpack and settle in - so you can just get on with enjoying your holiday and enjoy the journey, without having to carry your bags through airports, cruises ports and rail stations.
Our team of committed and vetted luggage handlers will transport your bags to where they need to be – so you can just sit back, relax and take the journey in your stride. The team have many years’ experience in shipping the most critical of items around the world. Modern day technology allows them to track and monitor your baggage from origin to destination and safely back home.
When you’re ready to return home, you can leave your luggage safely at your hotel or on your cruise, where it will be collected and will arrive back at your home a few days later.

At the time of booking our luggage service, we will take payment and pass on all of your travel details to the provider
We will also pass on your contact details so that they may contact you directly to arrange collection at a time and place to suit you
Labels to attach to your case will be sent to you a couple of weeks before your pick up date, along with a letter which will once again confirm all your details
Your luggage will then be picked up from your chosen address by our couriers, and the next time you will see it will be at your destination.
Upon departure, leave your luggage for collection along with relevant paperwork (detailed in your confirmation letters) and we will deliver back to you typically within 5 working days (this excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.) You will be contacted with notification that your case is being delivered
The Luggage Handlers will fill out all HM customs forms necessary
Luggage should NOT exceed 20kgs per item
Please note that any food products, gas cylinders ie: hair tongs and the transportation of gifts are forbidden. Please also note that aerosols and perfumes are not to be put in your suitcase due to both products being flammable (we do include an excluded items list with your Final Documentation). Insurance is included for all luggage booked with our partner luggage handler, but please ensure you have adequate home contents and / or travel insurance for your belongings.
Please ensure all medication and glasses are packed in your hand luggage and kept on your person.
