I've been very lucky to visit Australia several times in the last few years (thanks to my brother emigrating to Sydney!) and I love everything about the country. Beautiful, friendly, and fun! ...but I'm also a huge theme park fanatic, so I'm struggling to not choose Orlando, Florida!

My favourite ship/train/tour is:

I did a short stint as a cocktail pianist on Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines Balmoral nearly 8 years ago and have very fond memories of that ship and crew.
